Ross Gitlin represents individuals and institutions in criminal and civil matters, with a focus on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement.
Prior to joining the firm, Ross served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimba M. Wood of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and worked in the White Collar Defense & Investigations Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP. Before law school, Ross worked as an Investigative Analyst in the New York County District Attorney’s Office’s Major Economic Crimes Bureau, and as a Program Associate at Mathematica Policy Research.
