Jon Bolz represents individuals and institutions in civil litigation, criminal and regulatory proceedings, and internal investigations.
Jon has litigated cases in courts around the country and has represented clients in proceedings before a variety of U.S. and foreign regulators, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

Prior to joining the firm, Jon was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and a law clerk to the Honorable Ronnie Abrams of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

• A former finance executive in a fraud prosecution charged by the DOJ.
• A former finance executive in a bid-rigging prosecution charged by the DOJ.
• A former senior executive of one of Brazil’s largest companies in connection with the international FIFA investigation.
• A Brazil-based executive of a North American company in a cross-border corruption and FCPA investigation.
• A former executive of a publicly-traded technology company in a disclosure investigation conducted by the DOJ and the SEC.
• A senior executive of a major data services company in an SEC investigation concerning disclosures and the adequacy of internal controls.
• The Special Committee of the Board of Directors of a publicly-traded analytics company in an internal investigation.
