Chandini Jha represents individuals and institutions in criminal and civil matters, with a focus on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement. Chandini has represented clients in connection with investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). She has also represented clients in appellate litigation before the Second Circuit.
Prior to joining the firm, Chandini served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She previously worked as a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Office of Attorney General. Before law school, Chandini was the recipient of a Fulbright award to India, where she researched issues related to combatting violence against women.
