The Krieger Lewin Analyst Program
The KL Analyst Program places Analysts at the heart of our case teams. During the two-year program, Analysts work closely alongside and under the supervision of our attorneys on criminal and regulatory enforcement actions, internal investigations, complex commercial litigation, and crypto and cyber matters. Analysts play an important role in gathering facts, conducting research and analysis, and helping develop case strategy. Analysts attend and work with our attorneys to prepare for client meetings, witness interviews, presentations to prosecutors and regulators, depositions, hearings, and trials.
While the traditional paralegal role at many law firms focuses on providing administrative and logistical support to attorneys, such tasks are only a small component of the Analyst’s responsibilities at KL. Instead, our Analyst program is focused on ensuring Analysts gain substantive work experience while being exposed to all facets of a sophisticated white collar defense and complex commercial litigation practice. By maximizing our Analysts’ potential as integral members of our case teams, we not only create value for clients, but we foster our Analysts’ professional growth.
By the end of the program, our Analysts emerge with strong writing, research, and analytical skills, honed through comprehensive training, hands-on experience, and dedicated mentorship.
